It has a 220 degree Lidar that, when combined with the 3D Matrix Camera System, gives it some of the best robotic mop and vacuum navigation and object avoidance capabilities I've seen in robot vacuums. It packs a powerful 4600mAh battery that lasts for up to 170-minutes if mopping and suction are set to standard mode (it is able to run longer in turbo). It will even return to its dock to recharge its battery mid-clean.
It's efficient and does an outstanding job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It vacuums carpeted rooms quickly, and hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room and hallways with only one sweep. The motor's 8,000pa power allows it to remove dirt hair, pet hair, and even droppings easily. Carpet detection automatically increases power when it detects rugs and the dual side brushes help to clean debris from corners.
The mopping efficiency is less impressive, though not by a lot. The rotating mop spins fast and utilizes 2.2lbs to remove dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arm sticks out a bit more than other robots. This is useful in narrow corners or along baseboards. Those same front arms can be employed to clean larger objects, such as broken toys and books.
The S1 Pro is also one of the quietest robot mop and vacuums I've used. It doesn't create as loud of a sound while vacuuming or mopping and is much quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The S1 Pro is only limited by the fact that it has to use a proprietary mopping solution and is sold separately. It's simple to install and performs well however, this is something that you'll have to be aware of when you purchase this vacuum for the sole reason of mopping.

The X1 Omni is the most expensive robot vacuum that mops in our review, however it comes with some distinctive features that make it worth a look. The X1 Omni's main draw is its enormous dock that doubles as a charging base as well as housing for two water tanks, a clean sink and an automatic vacuum and mop robot 2.5-liter dust bin that is automatically eliminates.
The base has a couple of buttons for control that let you manually start a cleaning task and then recall the robot hoover or run the dock’s auto-emptying procedure. Hold down two buttons to toggle the child lock. This is a great feature for parents worried about their kids messing around with the vacuum.

This was a rare incident however it was frustrating since the X1 does not have a "stuck status" alert in its app.
The X1 Omni cannot automatically switch from mopping to vacuuming mode during a cleaning session. You'll have to manually switch between the two, which isn't too bad aside from the fact that the mopping pads aren't cleaned and dried between uses and can cause mildew or mold.
On the positive side the X1 Omni is a beautiful-looking robot, thanks to the design team at Jacob Jensen (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who conceptualized its modern and sleek base as well as mopping pad apparatus. It's a major change from the utilitarian all-black bases used by competitors like Roborock and iRobot and a pleasing sight in a space that is dominated by clunky, boxy units.
